Transparency on the origin, materials used for our products

Our products are sourced from the Netherlands and China. Factories are mainly based in China and are approved by the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). The factories we work with therefore comply with strict regulations regarding working conditions including safety, working hours, child labor, wages, etc. The government is demanding increasingly strict environmental requirements.

In addition, to ensure your good health, the collaborating factories all have quality documents to comply with CE (Europe) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration, United States) standards.

Most of our frames are made from recycled materials ♻️.

The lenses are made primarily of polycarbonate. Polycarbonate lenses must withstand a drop test, which demonstrates their impact resistance. Protection is verified in China, and the Netherlands may also conduct tests to strengthen the prior verification.
